DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Orders are processed Monday-Friday. All items are made to order. The estimated ship time for each product can be found in the product's description. 

Each item is shipped individually from the manufacturer at a flat rate of shipping which is listed during checkout for each item. Orders placed for delivery to the United States, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands and all other U.S. territories are shipped via USPS or UPS (approximately 5-7 business days to deliver).  A shipping notification and tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment.

We are not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen or delayed by the postal service.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Shop Jeen, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund should you choose to return any items.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are shipped via DHL or UPS (approximately 5-10 business days to deliver). A shipping notification and tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment. Once your package enters customs, we cannot guarantee a delivery time as there can be delays through your local customs office.

We are not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen or delayed by the postal service.

CURRENCY CONVERSIONS

All prices listed on our site are in US dollars or are converted to the local currency of your choosing. Your credit card will be charged in US dollars. Your bank will determine the exact exchange rate that you are charged, but it typically matches the current rate. RETURN POLICY

Every item is made to order, so unfortunately we cannot accept returns at this time. We'll do our best to facilitate swapping out unwashed, unworn and unaltered items for a similar style or store credit. If you have any questions do not hesitate to email us!

 

PACKAGES RETURNED TO SENDER

If the postal service returns a package to us for any reason, you will be notified immediately to arrange for re-shipment at your expense. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable as the post office does not reimburse us for the returned-to-sender package. Once the address is verified and the postage is paid in full—which is subject to the exact dollar amount rather than the initial flat rate charge—the package will be shipped back out to you immediately. Please make sure to enter your correct address at checkout to avoid having your package returned to sender!

 

DISCOUNT CODES, GIFT CARDS & STORE CREDIT

Discount codes can be entered at time of checkout by clicking "Have a discount code?". You must press "Apply" and see the order total update for the discount or gift card to be applied. Once an order is placed, discount codes, gift cards and store credits cannot be retroactively add to your purchase.

 

SALES TAX

Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases shipping to CA, MA and TX.

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit card payments. We do not accept checks, money orders, COD or wire transfers.
