International Orders

Shipping charge is a flat rate of $5 internationally. International orders are shipped First Class Mail (14-30 days).  Tracking information is not available for International Orders.  Any custom fees or taxes associated international orders are the responsibility of the customer.  Please note that customs authorities require us to state the value of the item directly onto the package.  Orders a processed 7 days a week and most orders will ship within 72 hours of purchase.  Items noted as "PRE-ORDER" will ship upon arrival from the manufacturer.  Any orders with a PRE-ORDER item will ship at once upon receipt of the PRE-ORDER item.  If there is a delay in ability to ship the order you will be contacted via email.  We are not responsible for any packages lost, stolen or delayed by the postal service.  International Orders are not eligible for return or exchange of any kind.
