How do I register as a ShopJeen customer?
Click on “My Account” above the banner on the home page and you will see the option to register as a new customer, or you can register at checkout. Registering as a new customer allows you to checkout faster, view/track orders, and gives you the option to be added to Shop Jeen’s mailing list.
What are accepted methods of payment?
Paying for your purchase is easy. Checkout through your Shopping Bag. Once you enter the Shopping Bag you will see the option to checkout as a guest or a registered user. Click Continue or Login to enter credit card, personal and billing information, or you can checkout with Paypal.
How long does it take to process my order and when should I expect it in the mail?
Orders are typically processed within three business days from when you make your purchase. All orders are sent via USPS First Class Mail, Domestic or International.
Domestic orders are usually received within 2-5 days and a tracking number is emailed upon shipment.
International orders are usually received within 14-30 days (depending on region and customs)
What do I do if my order has taken longer to ship than expected?
If you are have not received your order within a reasonable amount of time please (see times above) contact email@example.com with your order number or the name on the order.
How do I use a Shop Jeen Gift Card or Coupon?
Select the items you wish to purchase, then visit your Shopping Bag. Once you enter your Shopping Bag you will see the option to use your coupon code or gift card. Enter that and submit, then the total should be updated with the amount after discount.
How can I return an item?
You must first send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with subject “Return/Exchange,” including your order number and items requested to be returned for store credit/exchanged within 7 days from the package delivery date. Once we process your return for store credit/exchange email we will then issue a return authorization number (RA#) in a reply email. For more details please see our Returns and Exchange Page.
How do I cancel my order?
There is no way for you to cancel your order once it has been made. If you purchased something you no longer want please follow our Returns and Exchange Guidelines.
What do I do if an item I am interested in is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock we typically restock, but this is not guaranateed. If you register for an account on our website, you can sign up to be notified when an item is back in stock.
