Order Guidelines

SHIPPING | DOMESTIC

Shipping charge is a flat rate of $5 domestically. Any orders placed for delivery to the United States are shipped using First Class Mail (2-5 days) with a tracking number emailed to the customer upon shipment.  Orders are processed 7 days a week and most orders will ship within 3-5 business days of purchase.  Items noted as "PRE-ORDER" will ship upon arrival from the manufacturer.  Any orders with a PRE-ORDER item will ship at once upon receipt of the PRE-ORDER item.  If there is a delay in ability to ship the order you will be contacted via email.  We are not responsible for any packages lost, stolen or delayed by the postal service.

SHIPPING | INTERNATIONAL

Shipping charge is a flat rate of $5 internationally. International orders are shipped First Class Mail (14-30 days).  Tracking information is not available for International Orders.  Any custom fees or taxes associated international orders are the responsibility of the customer.  Please note that customs authorities require us to state the value of the item directly onto the package.  Orders a processed 7 days a week and most orders will ship within 72 hours of purchase.  Items noted as "PRE-ORDER" will ship upon arrival from the manufacturer.  Any orders with a PRE-ORDER item will ship at once upon receipt of the PRE-ORDER item.  If there is a delay in ability to ship the order you will be contacted via email.  We are not responsible for any packages lost, stolen or delayed by the postal service.


RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Please email info@ShopJeen.com to be assisted with your return/exchange and our customer service agent will assist you. 

International Orders are not eligible for return or exchange of any kind.

For domestic orders store credit will be issued as a form of return; however no monetary refunds will be issued.  In order to receive your store credit you must send an email to info@shopjeen.com with the header “Return/Exchange.”   In this email please include your order number and items requested to be returned/exchanged within 7 days from the package delivery date.  Once we process your return/ exchange email we will then issue a return authorization number (RA#) in a reply email.

The items returned/exchanged must be received within 10 days from the date we issue the RA#.  We reserve the right to deny the return if we receive the item(s) any point after 10 days at which point the customer is responsible for return shipping back to the customer.  All of the items that are being returned/exchanged must arrive in 1 package.  Please write your RA# on the outside of the package.  As the customer you are responsible for return shipment via a pre-paid, traceable, and insured package.  Returns/exchanges must be received in new, unworn and unwashed condition and in original item packaging.  Please note that Pre-Order purchases, all sale items, all items purchased with a discount code, all custom orders, tights & socks, cameras, headphones, swimwear and lingerie are final sale.  Discount codes MUST be applied in cart prior to checkout and cannot be applied after order is placed.

Once we receive your return, we will email you with notification of store credit application or the shipment of your exchanged items.  Shipping charges and tax are non-refundable. 

 

PACKAGE RETURNED TO SENDER POLICY

If an invalid address is provided to us, the Postal Service will return the package to our offices.  You will be contacted by a customer service representative to arrange for re-shipment at your expense.  Initial shipping costs are non-refundable as the post office does not reimburse us for returned to sender packages.  Once the postage is paid in it's full cost, which is subject to the exact dollar amount rather than the $5 initially paid, the package will be re-shipped immediaetly.
