Social Media Intern (New York, NY)

The Social Media Intern will closely assist the Social Media/Marketing Manager with the implementation of social media strategy.  The candidate must have a strong understanding of many social media platforms.  This position requires availability Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.

General Intern (New York, NY)

We are always looking to hire fun and passionate interns.  Interns have been very valuable in growing our business.  It is our preference to hire within, and we have watched interns grow into full-time paid positions.  There is no specific job description for our our General Interns as they work in every department to ensure they receive a well-rounded experience and have good understanding of growing a fashion e-commerce business. 

Marketing/ Social Media Manager (New York, NY)

Please note: This position requres extensive E-Commerce marketing experience

Duties:

• Demonstrate an aptitude for conducting market research and quantitative and qualitative analyses
• Assist in implementing the social media strategy
• Monitor a presence in social networking sites
• Foster a sense of community around the brand by building relationships with consumers and brand advocates
• Develop promotional experiences for customers
• Implement affiliate marketing
• Maintain Goodgle advertising account and effectively target
• Maintain Facebook & Twitter advertising accounts
• Work with third-party companies who provide marketing tools
• Develop promotional events
• Work with brand ambassadors
• Maintain all social accounts

Requirements:

• Marketing/Social Media expereience at another e-commerce business
• Extreme creativity paired with understanding of the brand and target audience
• Embody an entrepreneurial spirit with the willingness/ability to take risks
• Experience working with third party marketing companies to assist in increasing brand awareness and conversions
• Experience developing Google advertising, Facebook & Twitter advertising accounts
• Knowledge of social media platforms & the company's presence

Art Director (New York, NY)

Duties:

• Curate website & brand aesthetic
• Provide unique and innovative ideas that fit brand
• Implement graphic work & create materials
• Oversee and review work with third party partnerships
• Assist in designing of new products

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Photoshop & Illustrator
• Understand the brand & company culture
• Coding experience is preferred
• Be able to work on tight schedules and deadlines
• Be able to handle design feedback / critique

Full-Time Customer Service Agent (New York, NY)

We are hiring for 2 shifts: Day time (9am-5pm), Night time (5pm-1am)

Duties:

• Assist customers with questions, comments or concerns via email
• Direct customer inquiries to the proper department
• Have an understanding of hospitality

Requirements:

• Previous Customer Service experience preferred
• Proper email and phone etiquette
• Extremely Organized
• Be fluent in iOS and Windows operating systems
• Be able to multitask

Assistant Buyer (New York, NY)

Duties:

• Evaluate market trends and price of goods and supplies in the market
• Network and negotiate with Suppliers for competitive prices
• Keep a record of the products purchased for the store
• Actively recruit new talent to our roster of brands carried
• Manage re-ordering of products low in stock

Requirements:

• Understand buying strategy 
• Previous buying experience preffered
• Have an acute eye for saleable merchandise

Copywriter (New York, NY)

 Duties: 

• Devising a format for product descriptions
• Rewriting current descriptions (over 5000 products)
• Writing descriptions for new products as they arrive

Requirements:

• Understand brand’s voice and be able to present that through writing
• Have a great sense of humor & knowledge of the industry

Shipping Assistant (New York, NY)

We are hiring for 2 shifts: Day time (9am-5pm), Night time (5pm-1am)

E-Commerce Assistant (New York, NY)

Duties:

• Assist the E-Commerce Manager with adding products to the website
• Maintain and organize the inventory
• Organize the products on the website
• Work to improve customer experience on the website

Requirements:

• Must be extremely computer savvy
• Be EXTREMELY organized

• Be able to multi-task

• Must be extremely detail oriented.
• Have an interest in the fashion industry

Graphic Designer/ Videographer/ Product Photographer (New York, NY)

Duties:

• Design presentations, logos, posters and any other design requested
• Consult with staff of all departments on a daily basis
• Oversee and review work with third party partnerships
• Partner with marketing team on shade/color selection and development

Requirements:

• Work independently
• Be able to prioritize projects
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, iMovie/Final Cut and Microsoft Office/iWork
• Knowledge of photoset setup and video shooting techniques
• Have previous product photography experience
• Be able to produce quality product images on a white background
• Web site design knowledge is an advantage
• Be able to work on tight schedules and deadlines
